Healthy ´Cheesecake´Dessert

  • 1 Pot of Quark
  • 3 Pears
  • 6 Rich tea finger biscuits
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Lekue steam case


  1. Take two glasses (I used small empty Nutella glasses but you can use wine glasses or any type of glass you want)
  2. Smash the biscuits (I put them in a sandwich bag and smash them using a wooden roller against the chopping board) and put half of it on each glass.
  3. Add half the quark on each glass
  4. Peel and cut the pears and cook them in the microwave (in a plate with a plastic cover or some film transparent with holes on it) for 5 minutes. Mash them with a fork and put half of it on each glass.
  5. Add some ground cinnamon.
  6. It can be eaten warm or cold (just leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes).
