Chicken Noodle Stir Fry


Amazing and filling chicken noodles. Really easy to make and just 11 Pro Points per portion. Fancy a bit of chinese taste? Perfect for lunch or dinner! 😉

Chicken Noodle Stir Fry

Observations: 11 ProPoints


  • 2 portions of Sharwood’s fine egg noodles
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 leek
  • 1 onion
  • 2 small or 1 large carrot
  • Stir Fry sauce (any kind)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Spray olive oil


  1. Cut the onion and the pepper and cook it in a Lekue Steam Case for 5-10 min.
  2. Put it in a pan with 4 sprays of olive oil and add the leek cut in small pieces and the carrot grated.
  3. Add the chicken cut in small pieces
  4. If drying add some stock or white wine. Cover with a lid until cooked.
  5. Boil some water for the noodles and boil them for 3 min. (This might differ if they are different kind of noodles)
  6. Add the noodles to the vegetables, stir it.
  7. Add the Stir Fry sauce and stir for 5 min.
  8. Ready to serve!
